Six miles of trail signing remains for south loop — Help urgently needed

YieldDue to prior commitments, there are no active club members available to complete the final six miles of the southern loop of the trail. If this signing isn’t completed by the deadline of Dec 15 (set by Snowmobile North Dakota), the club will NOT receive their initial funding for trail grooming, typically about half of the club’s allotted grooming funds.

The signs are ready and a “cheat sheet” can be created so that anyone could complete the remaining six miles. If you can help for a few hours, please email the club at snowmobileclub@yahoo.com or call Troy Klevgard at 318-6592. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Rural Cass Snowmobile Club members introduced area youth to snowmobiling at the Casselton Winter Wonderland of Lights on Dec 2. Using the snowmobile simulator owned by Snowmobile North Dakota, many area children were able to try out a safe snowmobiling experience. Shown here is Jeff Seifert of Casselton running the simulator.
