See KCPro West kids snowmobile racing in Glyndon, MN

KCPro West kid snowmobile racing has scheduled a race in the local area. The kids, ages 4 to 14 wil be racing on Saturday, Feb 5, at Buffalo River race tracks near Glyndon MN.

KC PRO West is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that promotes safety, teaches children safe driving practices, encourages friendships among families, and aids in the building of a child’s good character. They offer nine different classes of snowmobile racing that appeal to all; from the beginner driver to the advanced modified classes. Approximately 8 race

Vintage snowmobile ride to honor former club member

Ryan Mayer Memorial Vintage Snowmobile Ride is the new name of the vintage snowmobile ride at SnowJam 2011. This new name commemorates the many years of service to the club given by long time member, Ryan Mayer, who was from Casselton and passed away last year.

Ryan was an active member of the club and quick to volunteer to help out with club activities. In prior SnowJam events, he had led the riders on the vintage snowmobile ride as part of the day’s activities. By renaming the vintage ride at SnowJam, this is a way to remember Ryan through the sport he was so passionate about.
