Are you ready for the Snow Dance!

Thank you to the landowners along the snowmobile trail!

This week, we send a special “shout out” to the 15 or so landowners that make it possible for the Rural Cass Snowmobile Club and Snowmobile North Dakota to provide more than 100 miles of groomed snowmobile trail in rural Cass County.

These landowners generously provide the ability for the snowmobile trails to cross their property. Without this generosity, the trail system would not exist. Please respect the private landowners and stay on the trail!

Thank you to the local landowners!

UMotors hosting avalanche safety class

A four-hour avalanche safety class specifically for snowmobilers is being hosted by UMotors of Fargo on either Nov 28 or Nov 29. Classes will run from 6-10 PM at the new UMotors location.

They will learn how to avoid the most common mistakes, what equipment works best, how to rescue effectively, evaluate terrain, avoid terrain traps, analyze stability and increase skills in the mountains. Cost for the class if $49 per person.

Mike Duffy, a Level I and II avalanche instructor from Colorado, will be leading the class.

Call the UMotors Apparel Department (701-232-5000) to sign up, or email Jill@umotorsinc.com to reserve your spot.
